Wednesday

SO another catch up blog. Sunday evening was crazy!!! We were so packed and didnt even get home until 11! Then I had to open on Monday:( Atleast we werent so busy:) Yesterday I made red velvet whoopie pies that definately didnt taste as good as mama's red velvet cake. I think I am going to have to fiddle with the recipe. Last night we watched Lord of the Rings Return of the King. Bad move when Nikki and I both have to open this morning, I guess we'll load up on coffee:) Took a nice walk last night after all of the rain stopped. It was very cool and nice outside , not too cold. Today is my Thursday, hopefully the work day will go by pretty quickly. Hope everyone has a great day!
