At hospice

Grandmother is now in hospice and I guess its just a matter of time. Came straight to hospice after leaving the airport. More updates later.

Sunday Services

Last night Nikki, Patrick and I went to the service on top of Cadillac Mountain. Our friend Champ gave the message and it pretty awesome. It ws like God knew exactly what I needed to hear right when I needed to hear it. The message was about trusting in God and being ok with not knowing what was going to happen but just to have faith in God's plan. I met some really great people and we invited them back to the apt for Sunday dinner. It was nice, the town band played in the park across the street. The food was good and the fellowship was good, what more can I ask for? And after everyone left for the night, Patrick and Champ did dishes, yay for that:) there were sooooooo many!!!but they were dolls and took the initiative and finished them:)

Yesterday

I had such a productive day yesterday! I hike Norumbega Mtn, and the Beehive which was super scary because you have to use ladders and you walk around the egde of the mtn at one point. I did though!! Then we went swimming in the bowl, a pond at the end of the trail.I even got to do pizza and icecream with the roommates:) Today we are going to church services on top of Cadillac and I'm cooking Sunday dinner:) Happy Father's Day!!

Yesterday's Hike

So I woke up at 4:30 yesterday:) The hike wasnt until 5:30 but i couldnt help waking up with the sun :) That is usually how it is here. I watched the sun rise and it was so pretty. Then we hiked at Suier de Mont( i know not how you spell it). Then we got back at 6:45 and i couldnt go back to sleep so i took a walk along west and the shore path, then went to work at 9. After a pretty slow day at work (i got to glaze my black and white whoopies) i took yet another walk. FOund some sea glass and some type of claw.During my lunch break I took some whoopies downstairs and the rest of my red velvet cake and they asked if i had any tea. So i ended up taking my pitcher and filling glasses on the way back from lunch.

Finally Over

yay i dont have to close at work until next week!!!! Im sooo tired and now have to try and settle so i can get up at 5:00 for a 5:30 hike before work tomorrow. I hopefully wont hit snooze :)
